Who is responsible

Launch notification
If you sign up, we process your email address, the language of the page and the date and technical details of your confirmation, only to send you one email when the site launches. We ask you to confirm your address with a link (double opt-in). The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link or by writing to us. We will delete the list within 12 months of the launch, or earlier if you unsubscribe. We will not send other emails without asking for your consent again.
The list is managed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes the data on our behalf on servers in the European Union. See the Brevo privacy policy.
Visiting the page
The page uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Our hosting provider, Ergonet S.r.l. (Italy), keeps technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for a short period for security reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (articles 15–22 GDPR) by writing to contact@rometripplanner.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante) or the authority of the EU country where you live.
